This research study has been undertaken in the state of Maharashtra.The title of the study is “ Mumbai : As a tourists destination “. The main purpose of this study is to determined the present scenario of tourism industry in the city of Mumbai ,generally known as economic city of India. The main focus of the study is to find out past and present status of the city along with tourist sites , tourist flow both domestic and international with suggestions pertaining to attract more number of tourist in the city. This study would help researcher, policy maker and administrators to understand the future focus and thrust areas not only in terms of tourism provision but all associated infrastructure and civic amenities required for development of Mumbai city. Further ,information provided in the study will help the domestic and foreign tourist to know about the city in advance to make their tour programme to this city.

   

Archaeological sites of Delhi and their relation to tourism

 This research study has been undertaken in the state of Delhi regarding archaeological sites and their relation to tourism.It provides history of archeological sites of the states and relationship between archeological sites and tourism along with positives and negatives impact. Archaeological sites have relationship with tourism because the monuments in the true sense are the flag -bearer of the India's cultural heritage.It creats many positive and negative impact on economic, political, social and environmental condition of the country.Further, analysis has been made pertaining to tourist flow both domestic and international in the state of Delhi. The purpose of the study is to know the present status of Digha beach and how existing condition prevailing at Digha could be improved to attract more number of tourist from different part of the world, which will automatically generate employment, uplift the economic and culture position of the host population of Digha .This study would help researcher, policy maker and administrators to understand the future focus and thrust areas not only in terms of tourism provision but all associated infrastructural and civic amenities required for development of Digha .Further, information provided in this study will help the domestic and foreign tourist to know about the beach and setting their tour programme in advance to this beach.
